Juice is a podcatcher program, or software that can be configured to download podcasts at regular intervals. Search for Juice on Google and you should find it. It is freeware. You cannot download broadcasts from the BBC's Hindi service with Juice as they do not make them available as podcasts. However, you can listen to them on their Web site.
