If the network's good then possibility that there isn't enough space on the
drive holding the .PST file on your computer. You may move the .PST file to
a different drive with larger space and continue downloading. One more
alternative to this is to archive the emails to a different .PST on a
different drive with sufficient space and download new emails to the current
.PST file.

Hi folks,
I've configured my college's e-mail ID in outlook 2010. my mail account
contains around 8000 mails and thus occupies around 8-9 GB of memory space.
after downloading 3000 mails, I am not able to see outlook downloading more
mails. I've pressed F9 multiple times and also schedule it to update
automatically through send/receive tab.
please suggest how can I fix this issue.
