Hi, Thanks for the valuable suggestions. the following memory details are displayed in the system information tab: Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 2.00 GB Total Physical Memory 1.89 GB Available Physical Memory 998 MB Total Virtual Memory3.79 GB Available Virtual Memory2.54 GB Page File Space 1.89 GB Page File C:\pagefile.sys at present my PC is working fine. thank you again. Please, delete all the unnecessary files and folders from desktop, my documents and C drive of your system and uninstall unneeded softwares and also reset your internet explorer from going to control panel. I hope that it will help you. If problem does not goes away then please, reformat your computer and put atleast 25 gb space for C drive. when things don't seem to be going your way, always know that God has a plan for you.
