Don't know why, but I am also facing the same problem. I got a suggestion from this list itself which I am using effectivly. Press the right mouce button on the message link and press enter on open. This same or similar kind of problem has been recently discussed in our access india list and if I remember exactly, someone in this list have provided this following solution. Just go to your yahoo mail box. Place the cursor over the e-mail that you are intending to open. press right mouse button and you will get some options and the the first one should be open.
