[AI] queery related to wireless keyboard

2016-01-09 Thread Giri Prasad
Dear all,
I purchased logitechMK 220 wireless keyboard and mouse last week. I
have two queeries related to this keyboard.
The first one is that this keyboard doesn't have the "application"
key. But it has the FN key. Can I change this "FN" to "application"
which we normally find the key left to the left control key?
Secondly, can I make a copy of the receiver using any pendrive or
flash drive? Because I previously had a I ball wireless key board and
its receiver fell in water and since then its not working. Therefore I
want to make a copy of the Logitech receiver. I will be glad if
someone can help me out.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi
Difficult to say, because these are not standard protocol. Try taking your
present keyboard to the shop and try it out. You may be for luck, who knows.

Please get in touch with the service centre and see what can be done.
There

this

which is RF based. For this, I doubt they will sell it seperately.

You should have allowed the reciever to dry up completely before pluging

Re: [AI] Queery related to wireless keyboard.

2015-01-06 Thread Kotian, H P
Hi
I am afraid, there is pretty little that can be done.
Please get in touch with the service centre and see what can be done. There are
2 types of such wireless keyboard one which works on blue-tooth. In this case,
you can pair it with any other blue-tooth reciever. There is an other which is
RF based. For this, I doubt they will sell it seperately.

You should have allowed the reciever to dry up completely before pluging it to
the computer. It could have worked then.

Subject: [AI] Queery related to wireless keyboard.

Dear all,
I purchased "iBall 2.4 Ghz cordless couple" model wireless keyboard and mouse
two years back. Unfortunately the receiver fell in water and isn't working
since then. Is there any way to restore the receiver so that I could use the
keyboard?
Thanks in anticipation.
