Re: [AI] query about Track changes and comments: please help
Dear Timy, No I didn't try track changes. I have another problem with copying tables from web pages to word documents. Whenever I copy any table from a webpage, it doesn't appear in a table form. Re: [AI] query about Track changes and comments: please help
Hi dear friend, Please try this method:, 1. Focus the comment. 2. press alt key and navigate to insert menu, and press enter over there. Press tab until jaws announce, comment and, press enter there. Now, once the comment pain got activated, activate the context menu. You will get the extra options such as, reply to comment, delete comment etc. Press enter on delete comment, the comment will disappear, from your document. Note:, jaws will not give any conformation message, while deleting the comment. Please try the above step and let me know. Thanks in advance, Timy. Note:, Iam using office 2019, hope this will be same for 2016 as well. Re: [AI] query about Track changes and comments: please help
Hi Narendra, Thanks for your response. Your suggestion to have patience working with JAWS is very handy. I'm unable to add comment but have found a way by putting my comments on notepad and pasting in the comment pain whenever it requires. Its working well. Now please solve one more query: The JAWS reads comments by "window 1". I want to change it and wanna hear it reads: (Comment by Avinash). How to do this? Re: [AI] query about Track changes and comments: please help
Hello avinash In order to add comments in word try doing the following 1 First select the word to which you wish to add comment. 2 Then press Ctrl+Alt+m and JAWS announces insert comment, comment by A. 3 While typing here type one character and wait for some 2 to 3 seconds after which JAWS announces that character and once you hear that character then only type the next character. 4 Once you have done adding comment press Esc key to return to body of your word document. Here also JAWStakes little more time than our Expectation. 5 To hear all the comments together press Ctrl+Shift+' Regards Narendra Sathe Narendra Search for old postings at: http://www.mail-archive.com/accessindia@accessindia.org.in/ To unsubscribe send a message to accessindia-requ...@accessindia.org.in with the subject unsubscribe. [AI] query about Track changes and comments: please help
Hi friends, While working on a document in trac changes I'm unable to make comment in the document. When I visit the comment section by pressing Control+Alt+M, and start typing Jaws gets hanged and nothing is typed there. Can I know why this problem persists? I'm using JAWS 18 Window 7 and MS OFFICE 2010. Please help as soon as possible.
