though, many models come with three pin plugs. hence, it is better to have
the wiring properly done.

sorry friends for the late reply actually i was not connected to the

what i mean to shock resistance is say for example some houses have no
erthing vires or say that the houses are not properly vired.
so in that case some sought of shocks people get while tuching the device.
so the induction cooktop has some sought of facility to prevent the
users to get rid of these types of electric shocks?

dear friends, i want to go for induction cooktop. but before this i

blindness can use?

the induction stoves can be operated without much difficulty. its fans
make sound and thereby you can understand whether it is on or off. the
only problem is the visual display which shows the current heat
level and

timer in some models. it can be partially perceived through
intensity of
sound. there will be some mark on the surface to put the vessel. but
you
can get use to it through orientation.
how far is this cooktops are shock resistant?
I din't clearly understand the term shock resistant. the body of the
stove

is made of insulating material and it won't shock. you can touch the
vessel directly unless it is too hot.

how much electrycity it may consume?

about 1800 to 2000 is the usual capacity. you can vary the power
through
the regulating buttons.

kindly throw some light on the subject matter.

what else information you need?

Re: [AI] query regarding induction cooktop

2012-11-20 Thread Umesha Economics

answers are inline.
dear friends, i want to go for induction cooktop. but before this i
would like to know about it. like to what extend is this a person with

blindness can use?
the induction stoves can be operated without much difficulty. its fans make
sound and thereby you can understand whether it is on or off. the only
problem is the visual display which shows the current heat level and timer
in some models. it can be partially perceived through intensity of sound.
there will be some mark on the surface to put the vessel. but you can get
use to it through orientation.

how far is this cooktops are shock resistant?
I din't clearly understand the term shock resistant. the body of the stove
is made of insulating material and it won't shock. you can touch the vessel
directly unless it is too hot.

how much electrycity it may consume?
about 1800 to 2000 is the usual capacity. you can vary the power through the
regulating buttons.

kindly throw some light on the subject matter.

what else information you need?

Re: [AI] query regarding induction cooktop

2012-11-20 Thread Rahul Kelapure
Very good topic. I had used one for some time, however, in some models
the buttons are like touch screen but not touchscreen. The other
problem I feel is of the heat and timer for it doesn't have nob which
can be used better. I felt its dificult to use in normal
circomstances.

However, I heard of some company, Chennai based, who makes voice
assistant models, I had tryed for their contacts but wasn't
successful.

Anybody if has some info may please throw some light on the same.

Thanks and warm regards,

Rahul.
