Re: [AI] raising complaint on TNSTC
Hey, Perhaps Saravanan is refering to 1 4th consession given to differently abled in TN. and it is indeed a challenge sometimes. But my suggestion is not to await for some one else to raise the complain and take the matter to the higher authority yourself. Any such complain should be addressed to the state's disabled commisioner, transport commisioner, GMO of your devision if you can find it, and the collector/ DRO of your district. Send your complain through registered post and see if they respond. Vetri. [AI] raising complaint on TNSTC
Dear friends, Is there anyone in the list knowing to raise a complaint on government bus service in tamilnadu. Most of the conductors in TNSTC bus service is refusing to accept blind concession. Especially on weekends and holidays, they are denying to accept them without considering anything. Does the government has raised a rule to reject it on weekends or holidays. If it is not so, then how to raise the complaint on those persons. Please consider this matter in serious and try to take action on them. I also request you to provide the procedures to raise the complaint on them. Not only the VI community, all other disabled community using buss concession in Tamilnadu is facing this difficulty. I request you all to provide your valuable suggestion to overcome this issue ASAP. Regards Saravanan.K +91 9916512402 / 8073902187 Celebrating World Disability Day!
