Re: [AI] regarding booking from IRCTC
don't worry. you will get the refund automatically the money will be credited in your bank account with in 3 or 4 days. some times it happens so. Generally after making payment the ticket will be booked and the screen with ticket details will appear in few minutes. It may go wrong some times. Always use mozilla firefox with remember history option enabled in the options. you will get the refund in 4 days. B. Re: [AI] regarding booking from IRCTC
dear sandeep, first of all, let me tell you that you have to complete the transaction quickly and sign out of IRCTC. if you keep it idle for few minutes, your session will expire. so, next time be prepared with all the info before booking and finish it soon. regarding your earlier transaction, I think the ticket has not been booked and you won't get the ticket. but I advise you to check once in your booking history for confirmation. normally you will get back your amount to your bank account in 5 days. for more details, contact the IRCTC call center. one more thing, update your mobile number in your IRCTC account so that you get the transaction SMS. IRCTC will not take much time for booking. it will be done within seconds if everything is OK.
