Recently BSNL website was revamped to make some enhancements. I checked the old link where there was a news item regarding the concession in broadband for the blind, but that link has expired. Do you have the URL where this info is still available? In Kerala there is no consession in the rent of broad band connection for blind. But there is a consession of 20% for all government salaried persons.
