Hello, I would like to know about the way to obtain detailed account statement using onlinesbi. I am able to view and download the account statement using the option provided in the sbi netbanking but not able to view the detail of the transaction such as, if someone has deposited the cash in my account and if the said entry has been reflected in my account statement as cash deposit self, how do I know the details of the bank through which said money had been deposited.
How do I view such detail online after login to my net banking of sbi? i had even tried clicking on the tab enquiry and submited the date range and transaction amount but still same result i.e. only mention of cash deposit self. so how do i get more detail about this transaction online?
