It's web site is back, and when you launch Firefox, you should hear the normal welcome message, Alert,you are logged on to Webvisum. I verified that it works by submitting an image captcha from a test page,and Webvisum successfully decoded it. So it is not necessary to locate and modify the Hosts file to get it to work. From the message, it sounds like Webvisum's domain name expired yesterday, and the Webvisum site is apparently gone. I certainly hope that this isn't the case, and that this is just a temporary glitch. But what if Webvisum is really gone for good? Are we blind users going to be forced to rely on sighted help from now on to solve image captchas? Or will we have to struggle with incomprehensible audio captchas that don't work most of the time? Does anyone know what happened to Webvisum? Hi, some days back, I was told the webvisum is in severe financial crises, and apparently it could have stopped its service,? I don't know much about it.
