Hi, You can use Dragon NaturallySpeaking. The trick in this situation is to echo dictate into the mobile phone or a digital recorder. By echo dictate I mean repeat what the person has dictated into the recorder. Dragon works best when it has to adapt to a single speaker's voice. You will need to train Dragon but that is not too difficult. If you have Windows 7 or Windows 8, you could try using their speech-recognition solutions but the last I checked they did not support Indian accents. This may have changed.
