Dear friends, in response to my mail i recieved a phone call from chairman's office of kingfisher airlines and the guy who spoke to me was Mr. Rointon Vasania. he expressed sorry for the incident and assured me that such incidents would not be entertained hereafter. he also told me that they are in touch with xavior's resourse centre, mumbai to conduct awareness programmes for their officials. i really can't predict how serious he was but he must have understood well that they can't take us for a ride after speaking to me. let's be optimistic and keep an on such incidents in future. regards, rajesh.
