This is a big news and moment to be proud about.
Kartik, one of the youngest Accessindian, perhaps one of the first totally
blind by birth child to have persued science at +2 level has got admission
to a world renowned University to pursue computer science engeneering.
Stanford located in California, USA is considered to be one of the most
prestigious universities in the United States and the world.

My guess is that he would be also one of the first few blind student who
have used computer in their classroom and home for studying all subjects
right from class 1.

His achievement will surely guide many others. His case study is also a
proof of effectiveness of integrated education and the use of technology
for

reading and writing.

Congrats Kartik, well done. You have faced many challenges in pursuing
science studies till now and I am sure that you will easily overcome the
hurdles that you will face in your chosen career path easily.

Hi,

I have just completed class XII in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
this year, and am now awaiting the results. With the new guidelines by
the MSJE now in place which allow a lab assistant to take observations
on your behalf, you may want to check with the university/college you
are interested in to check if it is willing to accomodate you.
Unfortunately, I do not really expect a positive response in the first

You may have to convince them quite a bit (I had to convince the IITs

Unfortunately, I do not really expect a positive response in the first
 go.
You may have to convince them quite a bit (I had to convince the IITs
for engineering, and have not succeeded so far). Trying, though, will
not be a bad idea. Who knows.

 All the very best!

make the widest campaign for persuing science subjects for higher

Stanford located in California, USA is considered to be one of the

His achievement will surely guide many others. His case study is also
