Hi, If you have Windows 10, you do not have Linux but you have SSH client to connect to a Linux machine. It would be more helpful for you if you could read on the internet to familiarize yourself with some basic concepts. Others may be able to help you in specific cases but even to get something worthwhile out of those responses you will need to do sufficient groundwork beforehand. For now I will just mention that there is nothing to be apprehensive about from the point of view of accessibility. Re: [AI] screen reader for Line OX regs.
Hi, In most cases you will need to connect to the Linux machine from your Windows based computer. Typically a SSH cliennt is used forr this purpose. Windows 10 has a built in SSH client, which could be run using the standard command prommpt. Its accessibility is same as the accessibility of the command prompt. If you are using Windows 10, open the command prompt and type ssh followed by userName"@hostName. If you are using older version of Windows or any other OS, you will need to use SSH clients like PuTTY. If you are required to woork on a Linux VM directly, ORCA screen reader is available as part of some of the Linux operating systems such as Ubentu, Solaris, Fedora, etc. On others it will need to be installed separately. However, if you can use a SSH client, working directly on the Linux VM may not be necessary. HTH.
