Folks, with latest talk back that is talkback-v3.0.8_r47 would not perform well with spiel when used simultaneously. You may hear the repetition of the speech, and the phone's performance would certainly slow down. However, this is only my experience, If you wish you can try. The latest version of the talkback has improved significantly; I really don't find the necessity of spiel, at least in gingerbread.
