when updating adhar card getting a message stating that your documents
were rejected, please submit fresh documents.  I had updated twice but
each time getting same message and documents were rejected, stating

I want to contact district level or state level officer who can this
issue.  please tell me to whom should i contact?  I had contacted 1947
