Okay, my suggestion. I too face a bit problem, but what I do is: 1. when I open nero express, choose add button. 2. then press in the location box, c:\ or d:\ and then press enter. then the list view comes up, press and go to the files, and choose add. then, press tab and close button. then use the jaws cursor and check the size. Then press tab untill you get next button. then tab till you get burn button. Try doing these. Hope this helps some what.
