as discussed with you and Mr. Suraj, initially we will  start with the
orientation session at Chennai on 9th June and then discuss further on
the same. as for the plan on 9th June need the following from your
end.
1. time of the workshop to be confirmed, we prefer it  to be in the
post lunch ideally from 3 to 5 pm.
2. we will cover basic English letters and Numbers from our end.
