dear raj, At least, I have not read out any such term and condition on the advertisement published by IPBS for clerical exam. I think this information is totally wrong. someone has apprised you on this without being informed properly or some people are trying to misguide others. The advertisement was different, the post is different, the examination date is different. What is the logic behind not accepting or rejecting the Application?
