Is it possible to copy the text from a google books window? Is there any
option to download the actual book? It's not free after all. I did not pay
for a book as I was not certain about these things.

Just an update from my side.
I could find a couple of other useful sites during the course of my
efforts. Firstly, Amazon's Indian site, amazon.in offers things in an
Indian price range and has a very accessible interface. I also came
across the site www.homeshop18.com that too has a good collection of
books and other stuff. I didn't order anything from this site, but the
initial impression is that it too is quite accessible.

 Hello listers
I have been using flipkart.com to by books online. There are a few
titles I want soon that are not available with flipkart as of now.
What other options can I try? I've already tried snapdeal. A google
search suggested that there are a number of sites, but which ones are
authentic and safe? Is it possible to buy books from Amazon in Indian
 currency and Indian pricing?

Subject: [AI] A question on options to buy books online.

Thanks,
