Well friends, I have found the solution. I just needed to select the sender and put him to my safe list and the attachment came through. Harish, We are talking of MS Outlook which tends to block certain pictures and attachments. There is link which jaws does not seem to read out and hence one cannot click on it to enable the function and thus the attachment appears.
