Hi pranav,
Now, I my build a bit more carefully.
I found that my OS build was 19041.1052.
Which is slightly different than yours, which is 19043.1052.
I checked for updates in my P.C. and, updates were not available.

I am attaching a file with NVDA logs while using Google Chrome.

to add to that, the file also contains logs recorded while using alt +space and 
applications keys.

I did that because NVDA doesn't report the options when these keys are pressed.

This occurs not only in Chrome but also in places such as desktop, drives and 
notepad.

 

Also, want to confirm with you that, does uninstalling NVDA uninstalls it 
completely?

Because, after reinstalling, it automatically is configured to regular settings.

launch chrome and end the capture after you quit. Set the logging level to

I am attaching a file with NVDA logs while using Google Chrome.

to add to that, the file also contains logs recorded while using alt +space and 
applications keys.

I did that because NVDA doesn't report the options when these keys are pressed.

This occurs not only in Chrome but also in places such as desktop, drives and 
notepad.

 

Also, want to confirm with you that, does uninstalling NVDA uninstalls it 
completely?

Because, after reinstalling, it automatically is configured to regular settings.
