Dear Anil, Google Keep android application is a very good application for note taking on mobile. Being a Google product it is obviously completely accessible and free. If you can type conveniently on touch screen there is no need of any additional device. However, if you want a physical keyboard for typing you can connect either a bluetooth keyboard or a regular USB keyboard used in PC to your android phone. PC keyboard can be connected to phone via A to C or A to B connectors available in the market. A tutorial on 'using android with keyboard' is available on India Bookshare's Youtube channel. If you have laptop along with you, and your typing speed is extraordinarily fast and you know how to write in shorthand, , there should not be any difficulty in taking notes of meeting and prepared minutes. Though i will suggest you to have the audio recording of the meeting aditionally just to make sure you didn't miss any importent point. You may use amazing mp3 recorder in your android phone with 8x or 16x zoom mode to capture voice clearly. Second option could be, to have one good bluetooth keypad and type in google keep in your mobile phone.
