Maybe something to do with access rights on the server. I wonder why the
server connection would close if some program is unable to turn on. If the
credentials are incorrect then it should not allow logging in to the server
at all. I guess some network guy may be able to help you with it.

hi Zujar now I got a new sound card for my server I connected my
headphones to the card and connected it to server and it works but
when I use mstsc with the settings that u told it doesn't work I hear
nvda say input capture window as I click on connect and that's it so
what do I need to do after nvda says input capture window?

That's great! You need to hit the ENTER key or SPACEBAR to complete
the remote login process. When logged in, it may play the login sound
depending on the server setting. If NVDA is set to automatically start
then it should launch by now. To launch NVDA manually, open the
server's Run window, type NVDA and hit the ENTER key.
