Sorry Richard, LDAP is only in CVS due to it being of "sandbox" status.

Did you try CVSGrab, as per

Tried CVSGrab from behind our company's firewall without success.  Tried 
variations on several CVS interfaces to no avail.  Going home, will try from 
there.

The nightly build you can download from

I've had success just opening the code in ViewCVS, then copy-pasting 
into a file; saving in appropriate place and compiling..
