I haven't experienced any problems promoting W2K3 servers to DCs on VMWare's new free VMWare server product. I think I'll take a look at it on ESX next week. I haven't used that particular script, but I second modifying the script to break the task up into smaller chunks. On another not my company has just launched the beta for our new software which adds another tab in Active Directory Users and Computers to display accurate last logon information. The website is still in its infancy, but the beta is available for download. I'm looking for some beta users in larger environments.
