Yiannakis,
We had a similar problem. The solution was to change the account
under which the scheduler runs. By default the scheduler service uses
the local system account which does not have access to remote drives.
We used an ADS domain account.

Hi,

query content will not show you the date an object was inserted to the
library no matter how you ask it.  You could do something similar to;

tsm: SOFASAP30_SERVER1q content S00810L1

Node NameType Filespace FSID Client's Name for File
   Name
--- --
--
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETLXG4NS_1368
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETNCW0BD_1378
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETOSBUUL_1384
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETQ7RP0T_1387
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETRN7RRL_1393
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETUI4TJJ_1404
SOFASAP04_TDPArch tdpmux 2 \ DB2P01A0ETVZPVNV_1411

tsm: SOFASAP30_SERVER1select * from archives where ll_name like
'%DB2P01A0ETVZPVNV_1411%'

 NODE_NAME: SOFASAP04_TDP
FILESPACE_NAME: tdpmux
  FILESPACE_ID: 2
  TYPE: FILE
   HL_NAME: \
   LL_NAME: DB2P01A0ETVZPVNV_1411
 OBJECT_ID: 929762
  ARCHIVE_DATE: 2006-10-29 22:00:48.00
 OWNER:
   DESCRIPTION:
DB2P01A0ETVZPVNV_10.134.0.230:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
CLASS_NAME: SAPMC

Beware making such open ended queries against the archives or backps
table. It's much better to narrow things down by node_name if possible.

Matt.

moving data from server A to Server B
i have a backup server in a remote location non attached with WAN. my

backup server.
i must restore the TSM database in the backup server, restore the config
files, and redifine the labrary and drive on the backup server. but i have
some troublshouting doing this.
i need a step by step instruction to acheive this.

Hi Moulay,
What are you exactly trying to achieve : disaster recovery from server
A, or simply moving client data from one server to the other ?
