You may leave the list at any  time by sending a "SIGNOFF ADSM-L" command
to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or [EMAIL PROTECTED]).

Proobably without the quotes nad as the body of the message. Sometimes it seems
best to make the command the ONLY text in the body.

I believe you have to send an e-mail
and in the body it has to say unsubscribe
