Thanks. I have opened a problem with the support center. Will let you know what the result is. IC40841 doesn't seem to really fit this problem once you look under the hood. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this error. I don't see anywhere what the object is that could be causing this problem or and indication of some other issue on the system.
