send an exact error message ...
if you can, use db2adutl to list active version backups exits in TSM from
db2  and You need to use same time stamp while restoring. Hope this helps.

It would be helpful if you could post the exact error message(s) that you
are receiving, along with any entries from the server's activity log or the
client's log files from the timeframe that the error is occurring.
