I just deleted the nodelock file and then reran all of my register license commands and everything was ok. I upgraded last week from 4.1 to 4.2 and I was having problems with licensing. So, I deleted all of the *.lics in the /usr/tivoli/tsm/server/bin directory, un-installed the tivoli.tsm.license.cert and rte, and moved the nodelock file to the /tmp directory. As I was performing these steps, the TSM server was halted!
