need not give ant imp. info. just syntax.
do u use GUI on server to configure clients if no PL do its easy.

the client is a nt server v4.0.
The message explanation said that is a problem with the API of the client,
i reinstall it but nothing change, the same error still appears.

I've found very rarely that the passwords between the client and server get
out of sync.  You may want to try resetting the password on the TSM server
and  then resetting the password on the client.

I've seen similar errors when starting the scheduler service with
the wrong password.
