for the 3.7 and 4.1 clients.  Just below that table you can click on
"Tivoli ADSM Clients" to get the 3.1 client.  The Readme files may
help you choose.

And with another click of my mouse, I find the answer myself. HP-UX 10 is
only supported by Tivoli ADSM.
