You do this with the MOVE MEDIA command - Note: not the MOVE
DRMEDIA command. You may have to check them out with
checkout libvol first, but maybe not.

I have some tapes that inadvertantly got marked to mountablenotinlib.
How do I set them back to mountableinlib? Its seems like this should
be easy but I can't locate how to do it. The tapes have been verified
to be in the silo.
