Acording to Tivoli web site, this library is supported from TSM 4.2. Do
you have at least this version of TSM server and TSM device driver?
And another point:
try to use native Solaris tape driver - st. In st.conf put the same as in
your mt.conf and change mt to st. Then try add_drv st command. If
this will work
you are sure your HW is OK.

Well I'm making progress but something is clearly still wrong. I started a
call with Tivoli but I'm waiting to hear back from them. If anyone see's
anything obvious that I'm doing wrong let me know as I'm not very good
with
solaris specific device driver configuration:
