We are currently running an efix dsmserv v5.5.0.3 + testfix for IC56999. IBM level 2 support told us that v5.5.1 will be delayed about 2 weeks in order to include the fix for IC56999. That's very good decision: IC56999 was a severe performance problem for a busy UNIX TSM service! Backup performance is back to our normal expectations with the efix.
