If you can get the fields you need using 
reports, then 
it'll probably be a bit faster than the AdWords Editor. If you use the 
"get" operations, then it could be much slower.

Campaign Settings - Language and location

Hello All,

I wants to search campaigns in a account which has all countries targeted 
and or all languages targeted.
I can use campaign criteria service but that only gives me countries 
targeted and language targeted.
So how i can identify that particular campaign has targeted all countries? 
Any code for all countries selected?

Need authToken?

I'm having trouble with the php library, I have the error "The header" 
clientEmail "is not compatible with v201109 and later versions. Use 
clientCustomerId instead.".

I need authToken?

Great, it was kind of easy, thanks so much for your help. I've created an 
application to views the report of AdWords clients in a clean Tree User 
Interface. You should check the demo:

Application to manage AdWords clients

Hi, 
I'd like to share with you guys a cool application that I've realized to 
manage AdWords clients. This application shows the list of the clients, and 
for all of them in details shows campaign, groups and keywords in a tree 
structure, very clean and easy to read. It also manage multiple access 
administrator and Analytics PDF reports. I have created this application 
with RainFramework , a PHP framework open 
source, that I've created as well. I'll be happy to share with you part of 
my code, I'm also considering to release this app open source. Feel free to 
give me a feedback and ask me questions.

Note: client names and reports have been created for this demo. Also this 
demo is not downloading the reports with the Adwords API, but loading only 
the cached reports from the database.
