Hi everyone,

Despite our many emails and post on this forum, we are in exactly the same
situation since we applied early february and we did not get an answer from
the API team Developing a product compliant with the many rules set by
Google has been a real investment for us and it would be nice to at least
get an answer...

Our MCC is 304-954-0890

Thanks for your help

Different results of Keyword Performance Report dependending day.

2012-05-03 Thread Mauro Cohen
Hi, im ussing the keyword performance report to get the keyword structure
information for an account. I get the following fields:

*String[] keywordsFields = new String[]
{"Id","AdGroupId","CampaignId","KeywordText","KeywordMatchType","Status"};*
*
*
when i define the reportDefinition i set the zeroImpressions in true so i
can get all the keywords that i have. The problem i have is that when i get
these information for today returns a diferent report than when i get, for
example, the november 5 of 2011 information. In november 5 i get keywords
that are in status deleted. But when i get today report doesnt have this
keywords that are deleted,

Any ideas of what could be happening here?.

Thanks
Mauro.

We are experiencing the same problem. We began the process in early
February. We received a request for additional information on February 23
which we responded to on the same day and now we have not been able to get
a response from our emails. I resent everything with a recap earlier this
week but still have not received anything back.

If there is any way the team can pass along my information it would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you for responding on my forum post, and I hope this helps to speed
things up a little.

Re: OAuthProvider.AccessToken not populating

2012-05-03 Thread mpadwo...@marketingpilot.com
So apparently, for my usage (where I'm not prompting for authorization when
trying to download a report or something like that but instead prompting
ahead of time and caching the access token), the first time I call
OAuthProvider.GenerateAccessToken, what that *really* means is "take the
user to Google for approval, and you'll get back a request token, even
though the name of the method implies we'll get the access token too",
whereupon I then call OAuthProvider.GenerateAccessToken *again* to actually
get the access token. Most people probably don't hit a similar issue,
because they are trying to load data when the user is prompted to
authorize, but my intention is to use this token for updating data behind
the scenes on a daily basis or something like that, so user interaction is
not guaranteed when actually doing something useful with the API.

I can certainly live with this scenario (calling GenerateAccessToken
twice), but I think at minimum the Wiki on how to use OAuth with the .NET
client library needs updating. The *Loading existing AccessToken* section
states that the value of the access token would be available after calling
GenerateAccessToken, but that's clearly not the case after the first call
to it. (You either need to make an API call for some data or call
GenerateAccessToken again [which is what those API calls are doing] to get
the access token to cache.)

In general, I would suggest providing a second method called
StartAuthorizationProcess or something to that effect to make it clear that
you're not actually getting the access token as a result of the first call.
 I realize that it would be a compatibility break to force that on
everyone, so I'm merely requesting it as an option. I've been banging my
head against the wall for the better part of 3 days to figure this out. :)

Hi,

I am in process of implementing Google adwords for one of my client. I need
to use adWords on https page.

I am including below javaScript provided by Google.

https://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion.js

I found that below HTTP images are being downloaded by
www.googleadservices.com

http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/viewthroughconversion/12345678/?label=ABCDEFGHI&guid=ON&script=0&ctc_id=AAA&ct_cookie_present=false

http://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/viewthroughconversion/12345678/?label=ABCDEFGGHI&guid=ON&script=0&ctc_id=AAA&ct_cookie_present=false

Because of HTTP images, page is not being shown secure as non https
contents are being downloaded.

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciable.

Error in setting Ad Schedule & Location for a campaign : EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID

2012-05-03 Thread Atul
Hi,

I am getting an Error of EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID while I am trying to set
ad schedule for a particular campaign using its Id. Here is the code that I
am using for this :

CampaignTargetService campaignTargetService =
(CampaignTargetService)user.GetService(AdWordsService.v201109.CampaignTargetService);

AdScheduleTargetList scheduleTargetList = new AdScheduleTargetList();

scheduleTargetList.campaignId = 1234567; //Campaign Id for which I want to
set ad schedule

AdScheduleTarget scheduleTarget = new AdScheduleTarget();
scheduleTarget.dayOfWeek = Google.Api.Ads.AdWords.v201109.DayOfWeek.MONDAY;

scheduleTarget.startHour = 10;
scheduleTarget.startMinute = MinuteOfHour.ZERO;

scheduleTarget.endHour = 11;
scheduleTarget.endMinute = MinuteOfHour.ZERO;

scheduleTarget.bidMultiplier = 1.0;

scheduleTargetList.targets = new AdScheduleTarget[] { scheduleTarget };

CampaignTargetOperation scheduleTargetOperation = new
CampaignTargetOperation();
scheduleTargetOperation.@operator = Operator.SET;
scheduleTargetOperation.operand = scheduleTargetList;

bool result = false;

try
{

CampaignTargetReturnValue retVal = campaignTargetService.mutate(new
CampaignTargetOperation[] { scheduleTargetOperation });

if (retVal != null && retVal.value != null)

{

result = true;

}

else result = false;

}
catch (Exception ex)
{

result = false;

}
return result;

Always while I am executing this, it is showing an exception with this
InnerException : "[EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID @
operations[0].operand.campaignId]"
I also checked the CampaignId that I am entering, It was right.

The same error I am getting while I am trying to set target criteria. I am
using following code for this :

CampaignCriterionService campaignCriterionService =
(CampaignCriterionService)user.GetService(AdWordsService.v201109.CampaignCriterionService);

long campaignId = 1234567; //Campaign Id for which I want to set location,
language and platform

CampaignCriterion languageCampaignCriteria = new CampaignCriterion();

Language language = new Language();
language.id = 1000;
languageCampaignCriteria.campaignId = campaignId;
languageCampaignCriteria.criterion = language;

CampaignCriterion locationCampaignCriteria = new CampaignCriterion();

Location location = new Location();
location.id = 2356;
locationCampaignCriteria.campaignId = campaignId;
locationCampaignCriteria.criterion = location;

CampaignCriterion platformCampaignCriteria = new CampaignCriterion();

Platform platform = new Platform();
platform.id = 3;
platformCampaignCriteria.campaignId = campaignId;
platformCampaignCriteria.criterion = platform;

CampaignCriterionOperation[] operation = new CampaignCriterionOperation[3];
operation[0] = new CampaignCriterionOperation();
operation[0].@operator = Operator.ADD;
operation[0].operand = languageCampaignCriteria;

operation[1] = new CampaignCriterionOperation();
operation[1].@operator = Operator.ADD;
operation[1].operand = locationCampaignCriteria;

operation[2] = new CampaignCriterionOperation();
operation[2].@operator = Operator.ADD;
operation[2].operand = platformCampaignCriteria;

bool result = false;
try
{

CampaignCriterionReturnValue retVal =
campaignCriterionService.mutate(operation);

if (retVal != null && retVal.value != null)

{

result = true;

}

else result = false;

}
catch (Exception ex)
{

result = false;

}
return result;

In this I am getting following InnerException : "[EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID
@ operations[0].operand, EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID @ operations[1].operand,
EntityNotFound.INVALID_ID @ operations[2].operand]"

Please help me out for this issue, why I am getting this error even after
the IDs are right for everthing i.e. campaign, location, language, platform
etc.

Thanks in advance.
