Re: API returns different results for Targeted Search Volume from the results in Keyword Tool interface

2012-10-20 Thread mrschm
I have the same problems.

It seems that it only happens on RequestType = STATS (IDEAS works normal).

e.g. it reports 450.000 as the exact search volume for "externe festplatte"
in germany. It should be something around 60.000 - 74.000.

An other problem is that the SearchVolumeSearchParameter is not working for
STATS. You will get an empty result even if you set it to 10.

Re: Sandbox EstimateKeywordTraffic requests were working. However, now they result in [AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER @ ; trigger:'']

2012-10-20 Thread Ewan Heming
Hi Daniel,

I think that the problem Bobert is referring to is that the sandbox is
currently not working at all for the TargetingIdeaService and
TrafficEstimatorService; it just returns the
error: AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER @ ; trigger:''. I've just
tried it myself and had the same result; however, when I modified the code
to make a call to the CampaignService instead it worked fine, so it's not
just an accidental call to the production API. The service was working fine
a couple of weeks ago and returning the expected dummy results.

Regards,

Ewan

QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_DELINQUENT

2012-10-20 Thread pumiki
Hello,

We started getting "QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_DELINQUENT" error back from
the service.

The error repeats for several accounts we are managing (examples below).

The questions are:

why were the accounts marked as delinquent ?

are all the accounts we manage are marked as delinquent ?

How can these accounts be activated again ?

who is the contact that can assist us ?

Can you please advise ?

Re: ad copy

2012-10-20 Thread Ewan Heming
Hi Udy,

There isn't a copy operation, so you would need to download the ads from
the source AdGroup, then use an ADD operation to upload them to the new
AdGroup.

Re: QuotaCheckError.ACCOUNT_DELINQUENT

2012-10-20 Thread Ewan Heming
Hi,

I've often seen this for issues as simple as an expired credit card; you
should have notifications in your AdWords accounts that explain what
problem Google has with them.

Ewan
