Re: [7-1865000009222] Fail to submit the AdWords API Token Application

2015-11-05 Thread Yuval Avi-guy
Hi,
Thanks for offering me the direct email option
Here are the details of my submition in blue
the tools design is attached
__

   - AdWords manager account (MCC) ID associated with your pending
   developer token *

Your AdWords manager account (MCC) ID is found on the top right corner
when you sign in to AdWords user interface. Example: 123-456-7890.
   - *872-698-8463*
   - Does your company currently possess any APPROVED AdWords API Tokens? *
  - Yes, we are applying for a second token
  - Yes, we just want to transfer our existing token to another account
  - No
   - We noticed your account doesn't have much spend history with AdWords.
Keep in mind the AdWords API is meant to help large agencies and
advertisers manage their campaigns at scale.
 - You must *link your active AdWords accounts under the AdWords
manager account (MCC) through which you are applying for a token* by
   following the instructions here.

 - Make sure you have a fully functional website (not a demo site)
so we can verify your company's business model.
 - Include thorough design documents (greater than 1 page) in the
attachment section near the bottom of this form.
   - Please clarify your need for API access given your limited AdWords
   history. *
   - I wish to automatically upload offline conversions using adwords API
on internal adword accounts we manage.
   - link account id is 843-510-5577 and it is active and spending daily.
   -

e.g. I have a very large inventory of goods I need to automate ads for,
my company is experiencing explosive growth, etc.
   - *Before proceeding, check your Developer Contact Email and Company
Type in the AdWords API Center*:
1. Log into your AdWords My Client Center Account and click the
   Gear icon
 2. From the drop-down, click 'Account Settings'.
 3. Select 'AdWords API Center' from the navigation tab on the left.
 4. In the section containing your Developer Details, click 'Edit'.

Note that company type specifically describes *how you will use the
AdWords API. If your company type is incorrect, your application will be
   declined.*
   - My email contact information in the AdWords API Center is... *
   yu...@montiera.com
  - an accurate and regularly checked email or listserv.
  - was incorrect, but I have updated it.
   - My Company Type in the AdWords API Center is correct and is currently
   listed as... *Advertiser
   -

Please type out your company type above. For more information about
company types, please see this page
   .
   - Please briefly describe your company's business model and how you use
   AdWords. *
   - We divert traffic from adwords to our Landing Page where we compare
different products/services and help the users decide which one suits them
best. Conversion is made on 3rd party partners websites, and reported back
to us on a daily basis.
   - Thats exactly where I would like to automate the process of feeding
the conversions back to adwords using your APIs.
   - Does your company manage ad campaigns for clients' (or any users
outside of your company)? *No - We advertise our clients using our own
Landing Page, Hence all the ads we manage involved our own campaigns and LP.
   -

Please describe your relationship with your clients if applicable.
   - URL for your company's primary website *http://www.topchoiceadvice.com/
   - Please list the website(s) for which you advertise and the owner of
   each site: *http://antivirus.1000-user-reviews.com
   -

If you own a lot of sites that appear to be unrelated, please elaborate
   here!
If you advertise for more than 5 sites, please just list the first 5
   here.
   - Do you plan to use your AdWords API token with a tool developed by
   someone else? *
  - Yes
  - No
   - Please list the tool(s) you use *The tool im going to use is just an
implementation of "google upload offline conversion" described in google
   code website

   - Upload design documentation of your tool. *

You can view sample design documents here.

   - Will your use of the API be in conjunction with AdWords ads? *

If your tool is unrelated to AdWords, please put "no" with a brief

2015-11-05 Thread Tiana S.
Hi Jason,

You give an explanation on what it is, but could you tell me why it's
returned?
It's a Keywords performance report and as you explained, "Content" is not
actually a keyword...

Thanks,

Re: Get products with a Merchant Center data in a Shopping Campaign.

2015-11-05 Thread Michael Cloonan (AdWords API Team)
Hello,

I don't believe there is a simple way to fetch all currently set values for
your ProductBrand dimensions. Since each ProductDimension subtype has a
different set of fields, you really need contextual data in order to make
sense of each individual type.

If you need a library of which brands you're already using in your account,
I think the best thing to do might be to run a job that one time runs
through all of the ProductBrands on your various criteria and saves a list
offline, locally to your software. Then you can keep that list up to date
as you add and remove them.

Regards,
Mike, AdWords API Team

The AdWords API does not support to get the list of users who have
administrator access(or standard access or email only access etc.) to the
AdWords account.

Hi Umut,

Please follow these steps to create the test manager account and test
AdWords account.

1)Test Manager account

needs the
Google account which is not linked to any AdWords accounts. You could
create a new Google account at accounts.google.com and use this link
 to create test
manager account.
2)You need to provide the information asked to create test manager account
and click the *create test account *button. Test manager account will get
created and on the top right corner of the page you will see the red
rectangle This is test account!
3)To create the test AdWords account, please click on *+Account* drop down
and select the *New AdWords account, *Please provide the information needed
and it will create the test AdWords account.

Thanks,
Umesh, AdWords API Team.

TargetAll setting missing from "Adgroup Performance Report"

2015-11-05 Thread HK
Hi,

As recommended by Google, we are using a lot of reports as structure
reports to for example retrieve all adgroups. However, for the adgroup
performance report
,

I don't see a way to get the targetAll

setting (for now, we specifically need it for USER_INTEREST_AND_LIST). Is
this something that could be added as an attribute to the report?

Thanks,
Hans

Are you using the same view that's specified for the Geo Performance

If so, and you're still seeing inconsistencies, please send over:

1. The report request you are sending (with any sensitive
information removed).
2. A sample campaign ID and date range where you are seeing
inconsistencies.

BatchJobService PHP Sample?

2015-11-05 Thread Subash NG
Hello Adwords Team,

We really waited for this so long i.e Temporary ID's which is great feature
we needed so we can make our updates the campaigns easily.

For ex: How we working right now is
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/adwords-api/Subash/adwords-api/RyaeDemH7Og/0tO3x9pxv5sJ

this also posted by me :)

but I think using temporary ID's we don't need to send ID's into
campaigns..etc and Temporary ID's will speed up our process lot I think,
right?

I see examples of BatchJobService in all languages but not in PHP? so can I
get the sample? I'm bit confused about UploadURL so examples will be great
for us.

Looking forward for help from Adwords API Ninjas.

Cheers,
Subash

Re: Tracking Template on AdGroup Level (or higher)

Hi Dorian,

I have great news: this feature was added recently. Please check out the
updated *Tracking template only* section of this Help Center article:

In particular, the area starting with the *Important* box and below covers

2015-11-05 Thread Danial Klimkin
Hello Tim,

What API version are you currently using? I suspect this could be v201509,
and there were more changes for this columns in the latest version.

Please see:

We are building utilities to work with BJS for PHP currently. As soon as
this is ready we are going to release both utilities and the code examples.

Getting User List from API

2015-11-05 Thread James Wilson
Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to get a list of users who have
administrator access to the adwords account, via the adwords API.

I see items to get remakreting user lists, etc however I cannot see
anything to get a list of users who currently have access to administer the
account.

Is this possible via the API?

regards

James
