Hi Akshat,

This error normally happens if you missed something in the configuration of
OAuth2 credentials or refresh token. Could you please confirm if you
followed this guide

carefully
and which app type have you configured? Also, please make sure that when
generating the refresh token, you are using the same login used to create
the OAuth2 credentials.

Regards,
Joyce, AdWords API Team

Google Shopping API

2016-10-23 Thread Sumanth Sridhar

Hello!

We're using Intershop ecommerce platform and are currently managing
merchant center feed through Google FTP. We spend considerable time
in applying promos to the manual feed on a weekly basis which is creating
chaos.

I'd like to know if it is possible to link the platform to Merchant Center
through API, so that changes to products/promo in the website get updated
in the feed automatically. This article
 in the help
center says Intershop isn't currently supported, I think there might not be
a ready made solution. I'm wondering how to automate this to reduce manual
work and the possibility of errors.

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Re: 'AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

2016-10-23 Thread 'Peter Oliquino' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

My apologies for the delay. The USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

 error
occurs when the link between your manager and client accounts have been
removed or that you OAuth2 credentials doesn't match the customer ID
specified in your auth.ini file. I would recommend that you try the
GetAccountHeirarchy
PHP example

 to
see which accounts are linked to your MCC account.

Best regards,
Peter
