The "Limited by Budget" status as seen in the AdWords UI is available only 
at the campaign level and there is also currently no way to determine via 
the AdWords API the rules and the calculations on how these statuses are 
defined. If you wish to get more information on how the statuses are 
calculated, I would recommend that you try and get in touch with the AdWords 
Community Forum

Get effective status of Ad Groups and Ads

Both AdGroup and Ad have a field called STATUS which tells whether 
AdGroup/Ad is paused, enabled etc. However on AdWords dashboard I can see 
the status as "Campaign Paused", "Limited by Budget" etc. Is there any way 
I can obtain this "effective status" or do I have to manually figure this 
out? Are the rules for calculating "effective status" listed somewhere?

The code snippet you have should select enabled and paused ad groups in the 
campaign with the Id you provided. Could you please *reply privately to 
author *your SOAP request and response, so I can see why it is returning 
null?

Hi Api team,

Recently I meet an issue with selection, I need to do some update on our 
paused or removed adgroups or other objects. I am having some issue with 
selecting these object for further operations. I basically follow the code 
example here

but seems like I cannot select paused adGroup,

Unfortunately, the '% spent' is not exposed via API. As a workaround, you 
could try to use the AccountPerformance 

 report 
and extract the cost

could be post processed to derive the % spent for the given time duration 
and the total budget.

mcc account not approved

Hi,

I have an adwords account and recently we started working on integration 
using the SDK.
We have filed a claim for basic account (the account is still in test mode, 
and every request comes back as forbidden), 
but it has been 2 weeks since the request and we didnt get any reply back.

How do i know if my account is being reviewed or estimated time until 
activation?

USER_PERMISSION_DENIED

Hey All,

I'm in the process of creating access to AdWords API through a test account.
I've created two MCC accounts:

Account A is the production manager with developer token.
Account B is an MCC account with a test account.

When running "php GetCampaigns.php" I'm getting the error:

An error has occurred: [AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED @ ; 
trigger:'']

I've tried to add Account A to the test account, but I can't get the 
inventation by mail.
Also when i'm trying to add the test account to Account A i'm getting the 
message:

The manager cannot create more client accounts.

I really don't know how to make it work, would love to get your advise.

Removing a Campaign's Negative Keywords with a batchjob. Returned value doesnt display the new status.

Hi,

I've got a question regarding changes made to Negative Keywords on the 
Campaign level with a batchjob. (this problem also occurs with campaign 
locations)
It appears that the new status of the excluded criteria (removed, active 
and such) isn't being returned by the batchjob. 
I am not allowed to set it myself before sending. If I do that, I get this 
error: 
"CampaignCriterionError.CANNOT_SET_STATUS_FOR_EXCLUDED_CRITERIA".

What I would like to know is this:
While working with a batchjob, how can I see if an operation that deletes a 
Campain's Negative Keyword was succesful?

Please correct my understanding if I am wrong. Could you confirm if what 
you wish is to retrieve the UserListName 

 field 
from the Audience Performance Report without the ID in the string value of 
similar user list rows? If yes, then you will have to retrieve the report 
as a string and parse it from your end to remove the ID string from the 
UserListName field.
