Hi Neha,

The ADD_OPERATION_NOT_PERMITTED

 error
means that you are trying to add a campaign in a manager account, instead
of a client account. Could you confirm that you are using an MCC Id for
this operation? If you are, then kindly use a test client account, instead
of test MCC account.

If the issue still persists after doing the suggestion, then kindly provide

Error checking authorization

2017-09-07 Thread Tim Johnson
Hi,

I am looking to handle errors when using:

OAuth2TokenBuilder()

and

AdWordsSessionBuilder()

The examples online do not seem to show what methods can be used to return the
errors; getPartialFailureErrors() isn't a method for those classes. Is there
something similar that I can use to log and describe when I have been unable to
create a session?

Thanks,

2. In the WSDL, all headers and request fields are marked as optional but

Re: AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER

Hello Carlos,

It is not possible to generate the report at MCC level. This said, for this
error, can you try generating the report again with the client customer id
of the client account associated with your MCC? If that doesn't work, could
you regenerate the OAuth2 credentials and then try again?

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks,

Re: Missing locations in the Geo Targets API

Hi Sean,

The geotargeting table
 contains
the criteria Ids of all locations that can be targeted using AdWords. Some
countries/territories are not targetable in AdWords but may appear in
reports based on the user's area of interest or physical location. Since
"2364" is not available in the geotargeting table but present in your Geo
Performance Report, it could be any of the countries/territories as
specified here

Missing locations in the Geo Targets API

2017-09-07 Thread sean . blumenfeld
Hi Adwords Team,

I have a query regarding Geo Locations.

We download our spend at a location level using the GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
We also download a list of Geo Locations from your Geo Target API
here https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting

We have noticed that we get some criteria_ids from our
GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT downloads that do not exist in your geo targets API.

One example criteria id is "2364"

Regards,
Sean

Re: AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER

2017-09-07 Thread 'Bharani Cherukuri (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hello,

The *NOT_ADS_USER*

 error
usually means that the login used to generate the OAuth2 access token is
not associated with any AdWords account. Can you make sure that you entered
the correct credentials in the adsapi_php.ini

 file
and that the credentials belong to a valid AdWords account user?

If you continue to have an issue with this, could you enable logging
 and
send over the SOAP request and response logs along with the email address
used for authentication so I can take a look? You can respond via *Reply
privately to author* option.

Thanks,
Bharani, AdWords API Team.

User list size does not change from 31.8.

2017-09-07 Thread Ondřej P
Hi,

we periodically download size of user lists to our system via AdWords API
and we found out that AdWords stopped adding users to the lists since 31.8.
We download data for hundreds of accounts in our MCC and this problem
affects all the accounts. The same problem is present in the AdWords UI,
there is no data since 31.8. My colleague reported it 2 days
ago:
https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/AdWords-Account-Issues/Audience-list-curve-for-display-network-stopped-measuring-after/m-p/1207461#

What is the reason of this issue? Is there any change in UserList service
since the start of this month?

Thank you,

Ondřej

2017-09-07 Thread Carlos Casasola
Hi,

When I call to API using the PHP library googleads-php-lib": "19.0.0"
return the next error:

 Type = 'AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER', Trigger = '', FieldPath =

I try use the MCC client ID and the google adwords ID in the request but
not working.
Why google errors says: "The login used to generate the access token is not
associated with any AdWords account."? if there is an associated adwords
account

Re: Strange day limit hit - rateName=OperandTypePerDay

2017-09-07 Thread Saulius Maknickas
Hi Vincent,

Thanks for your answer. Yes we are aware that this limit is on ACCOUNT
level and we respect all rate limits. We do slow down.
I can only guess from the log record that we hit Ads per day limit
(OperandTypePerDay and AdGroupAdService), the link you provided does not
speak about it.
And if to follow retryAfterSeconds advise it would take week for us to
upload our account. :(

As a possible salvation my eye caught this - "Typically, the more
restrictive limits on new AdWords accounts are relaxed once the account has
published ads.". p
What are specific requirements for these limits to get relaxed ?

At the moment we hit this error message we have had uploaded:
~15,000 adgroups
~300,000 ads
~20, keywords

Before September 1, we used to upload much more without this issue.

Regards
Saulius

Re: CRM Based User List Samples Issues

2017-09-07 Thread 'Vincent Racaza (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Daven,

The addressInfo

 field
of a user list member is accessible to whitelisted customers only. This is
also specified in our updated example

 (in
Java) that the addressInfo is for whitelisted customers.

Thanks,
Vincent

Re: Automate GetRefreshToken

2017-09-07 Thread 'Vincent Racaza (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Matt,

Could you confirm if you are using one of our AdWords API client libraries
? If you
are using it, then our client libraries automatically refreshes an expired
access token based on this guide
.

For more information regarding web app flow, you can refer here

.

If you are not using it, then you need to check if the access token is
about to expire and then refresh this token as needed. The
OAuth2TokenRefresher.php

 example provides
the functionality to retrieve OAuth2 access tokens and handling refreshing
the token if it is about to expire.

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Thanks,
Vincent
