Re: find cpc from gclId

2017-11-02 Thread 'Vincent Racaza (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

The GclId

 can
be retrieved in the Click Performance Report
.

However, there is no cost or CPC metric yet in this report type. If by CPC
you meant CostPerConversion

 metric,
then it is available in these report types (based on the link) currently.

If you haven't done so, kindly follow our blog
 to
receive any future updates like new releases.

Thanks,
Vincent

Re: dateRange of reportDefintion

2017-11-02 Thread 'Vincent Racaza (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

You can use this example

 using
AWQL instead as this is simpler (your whole report query is in one string)
and you can just set your date range in the DURING clause (DURING 20171030,
20171101) as I have mentioned previously.

Kindly try this example and let us know if you need further assistance.

Thanks,

Re: Skipping the Client ID manual entery

2017-11-02 Thread 'Bharani Cherukuri (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hello,

If you are looking to get all accounts that are directly associated to your
OAuth credentials, you can use the CustomerService.getCustomers()

 without
specifying the clientCustomerId in the request. If no clientCustomerId is
specified in the request, the API call will return multiple entries if more
than one account is directly accessible with the authenticated account. You
can take a look at this guide

 on
how to implement this.

Re: Adwords Api - No ads were found.

2017-11-02 Thread 'Bharani Cherukuri (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Numan,

Based on the logs, the Ad ID you're looking up is an Experimental AdType
with two descriptions. These are Expanded Text Ads with an additional
description and are currently not supported through AdWords API. This is
the reason these Ads are not being returned when performing a get
operation. I would suggest that you use AdWords UI check for these ads.

Hi,

AdWords reporting is not real time. Some statistics that go into your
reports may be calculated continuously, while others may be calculated once
a day. In most cases, your account statistics are delayed by less than
three hours. The data freshness guide
 provides more
details.

Re: why i am getting rate exceeded error

2017-11-02 Thread 'Bharani Cherukuri (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi there,

I'm afraid, we do not have any sample apps which handles these Rate limits.
However, you may refer to our client libraries
 which has
some best illustrations. This said, the rate limits are added to the API to
meter the requests and queries per second rate. When the client application
makes a large number of API calls, the AdWords API servers return the
RateExceededError requesting the application processes to slow down. There
is no penalty for making a number of API calls, the RateExceededError is
transient in nature and automatically resolves within 30 seconds of
inactivity. You can mitigate the RateExccededError as much as possible by
reducing the number of requests and throttling the QPS from the client
side. You may refer to this document

 which
illustrates some best strategies that can be implemented to reduce the
error.

Thanks,
Bharani, AdWords API Team

Re: Download Call Extensions data

2017-11-02 Thread 'Shwetha Vastrad (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

AdGroupAdService

 and Ad Performance Report

 are
used to manage and retrieve the Ads in your account, not Ad extensions. I
see that your Call Extensions are at the Campaign level. You need to use
CampaignExtensionSettingService

 to
retrieve the extensions available at the campaign level. To retrieve
extensions defined at the account or AdGroup level, you need to use
CustomerExtensionSettingService

 and AdGroupExtensionSettingService

 respectively.
If you would like to retrieve these extensions using AdWords API reports, I
would suggest that you download a Placeholder Feed Item Report

 which
includes all statistics at the feed-item level. Please try this out and let
me know if you are able to retrieve your Ad extensions successfully.

Re: Adding a list of Audience to some Campaign/AdGroups

Hello,

In the future, could you please start a new thread with a link over to the
thread that you're referencing? This really helps both our forum users and
us. Since this is such a short question, I'll just answer it here.

We don't have an EXACT example for adding a user list as ad group
criterion, but we do have a very close one. If you look at the example in
Python for Add demographic targeting criteria to an ad group
,

you can change out the gender criterion for a user list criterion instead.
The rest of the code would stay the same.

Skipping the Client ID manual entery

2017-11-02 Thread Luigi Taccetta
Is there a way to fetch the list of Client ID(s) related to the
refresh_token authorized, without using the ClientCustomerId?

The idea is to automatically fetch the list of Google AdWords Client ID(s),
right after the application has been authorized, and chose from there which
Client ID the user want to use.

The latest example
examples/AdWords/v201710/AccountManagement/GetAccountHierarchy.php needs
the ClientCustomerId when setting the AdWordsSessionBuilder, so I cannot
perform the call without the the ClientCustomerId.

Download Call Extensions data

2017-11-02 Thread MWA
Hi,

I'm trying to download call extensions from my account via code given below

$oAuth2Credential = (new
OAuth2TokenBuilder())->fromFile()->build();
$session = (new
AdWordsSessionBuilder())->fromFile()->withOAuth2Credential($oAuth2Credential)->withClientCustomerId($customerid)->build();

$adWordsServices=new AdWordsServices();
$adGroupAdService = $adWordsServices->get($session,
AdGroupAdService::class);

$selector = new Selector();

$selectorFields = array('Id', 'AdGroupId', 'BaseAdGroupId',
'BaseCampaignId', 'Status', 'DisplayUrl', 'Headline', 'Description1',
'Description2', 'ImageCreativeName', 'MobileAdDescription',
'MobileAdMarkupLanguages', 'MobileAdMobileCarriers',
'MobileAdBusinessName', 'MobileAdCountryCode', 'MobileAdPhoneNumber',
'MediaId', 'Dimensions', 'Urls', 'MimeType', 'SourceUrl', 'FileSize',
'CreationTime', 'ReferenceId', 'TemplateId', 'TemplateAdUnionId',
'UniqueName', 'TemplateElementFieldName', 'TemplateElementFieldType',
'TemplateElementFieldText', 'CreativeFinalUrls', 'CreativeFinalMobileUrls',
'CreativeFinalAppUrls', 'HeadlinePart1', 'HeadlinePart2', 'Description',
'Path1', 'Path2');
$selector->setFields($selectorFields);
$selector->setOrdering([new OrderBy('Id', SortOrder::ASCENDING)]);
$selector->setPaging(new Paging(0, PAGE_SIZE));

$selector->setPredicates([new Predicate('Status',
PredicateOperator::IN, ['ENABLED', 'PAUSED', 'DISABLED'])]);

$dateRange = new DateRange();
$dateRange->setMin(date('Ymd', strtotime($sdt)));
$dateRange->setMax(date('Ymd', strtotime($edt)));
$selector->setDateRange($dateRange);

$selector->setPredicates([new Predicate('AdType',
PredicateOperator::EQUALS, ['CALL_ONLY_AD'])]);
$page = $adGroupAdService->get($selector);

But API is returning nothing

Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201708\cm\AdGroupAdPage Object
(
[entries:protected] =>
[totalNumEntries:protected] => 0
[PageType:protected] => AdGroupAdPage
[parameterMap:Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201708\cm\Page:private] => Array
(
[Page.Type] => PageType
)

)

And also report is not returning any data

My report query

SELECT
Id,AdGroupId,CampaignId,AveragePosition,AverageCpc,AverageCpm,Impressions,Clicks,Cost,Ctr,Conversions,
ConversionRate, CostPerConversion,AdNetworkType1
FROM AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
WHERE AdType=CALL_ONLY_AD AND Status IN [DISABLED, ENABLED, PAUSED]
AND Clicks>0
DURING 20171031,20171031

Please help what's wrong with this.

P.S: Ad Extension snapshot from my account is attached.

Vincent, I use the client library. I would be gratefull, if someone will
make clear the problem of dateRange in client library. I've tried to add
dateRange in reportDefinition class of client library, but my knowledge of
c# appeared to be poor. At least, may I ask Google fix it in further
versions of client library. Or maybe library supports dateRange, but I
missed it? Is there any possibility to make it clear? Thank you for your
time.

2017-11-02 Thread 'Vincent Racaza (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

My apologies as I am not an expert in C#. However, you can just set the
dateRange

 of
your selector

 and
set the min

 and max

 of
your date range. Kindly refer to the sample report definition below with a
custom date range:

https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201710";>

CampaignName
Impressions

*20171010
20171010*

Placement performance report #1509617387588

CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
*CUSTOM_DATE*
CSV

For generating reports using AWQL, you can set the DURING

 clause
this way:

DURING 20170317,20170317

Vincent, maybe I formulated my problem in somewhat wrong way. There is
CUSTOM_DATE in dateRangeType List. But I couldn't find the way to use it,
cause there is no way to specify the dateRange itself using client library.
Can you help me to get through this.

Re: dateRange of reportDefintion

2017-11-02 Thread 'Vincent Racaza (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

For v201705 of C# client library, you can refer on this line

 in
this reporting example

 (this
is also the same in the latest version v201710) on how to set the date
range type. As you can see on the example, the list of date range types

is
in the ReportDefinitionDateRangeType object. You can also use AWQL in the
services or in reports and the date range type is specified on the DURING

 clause
as seen on this example

.

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Thanks,
Vincent

dateRange of reportDefintion

2017-11-02 Thread deadKenny2
I dowlonload a official c# library for Adwordsd Api.
adwords_dotnet_lib_src_v21.1.0. Using version 201705. The problem is that I
cant find dateRange property for reportDefinition in reportDefinition.cs.
Can you tell me how to set dateRange. Or if there is dateRange of
reportdefinition in further versions. Or If api v201705 supports dateRange,
how can i add in reportDefiniiotn Class to make thw soap get it.
