Re: Unexpected Internal API Error on TargetingIdea Method

2018-07-29 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi,

The UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

 indicates
that there may be a temporary issue in the servers or maybe due to a bug.
Could you confirm if the issue persists or if this was a one time incident?
If there had been many instances of the issue, could you provide to me the
complete SOAP request and response that also includes your clientCustomerId
so I can further investigate?

You may send your reply via the *Reply privately to author* option.

Re: Export Data from Bid Landscape

2018-07-29 Thread 'Luis Xander Talag (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Kara,

You may use the DataService.getAdGroupBidLandscape()

 method
to fetch the bid landscapes for your ad group. You may refer to this guide

 for
more information and you may also look to this complete sample code

 in
Java (also available in other languages) for your reference. However, since
the API doesn't have a feature on exporting data from the service call into
a spreadsheet, you should create a method on your end to do this.

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Thanks and regards,
Luis

Re: CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET_REPORT returns rows with ID='--'

2018-07-29 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Yogesh,

I'm afraid that both of the information you asked are currently not
available via the Campaign Location Target Report. For the location name,
you can use the Id

 field
of the report as the value of the *Criteria Id* and use it to filter the geo
targeting spreadsheet

 to
get the *Canonical Name* of the location.

As for the lat-long information, you will need to use the
CampaignCriterionService.get()

 in
order to fetch the GeoPoint

 values
of your Proximity

 criterion.
Also, since this is already an old thread, I would recommend that you
create a new one for future concerns.

Thanks and regards,

Re: the question arises

2018-07-29 Thread 'Luis Xander Talag (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Tran,

The invalid_grant error normally occurs due to expired refreshToken. To
resolve this issue, you may try to regenerate the refreshToken and the
OAuth2 credentials
 using
an email address which has currently access to your AdWords account and
then retry the request again.

Should the issue persists, could you provide which email address you used
when you generated your credentials and your clientCustomerId so I can
further investigate?

Unexpected Internal API Error on TargetingIdea Method

2018-07-29 Thread mbernardi
Hi,

I'm developing an integration with Adwords API using .NET client library in
the latest version (23.5.1), but when I call the method TargetingIdea I
receive the error UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR.

I created to accounts to authenticate de request, the first is an admin of
Adwords Project GSuite, the second is a test account, both have the same
domain and belong to the same organization. I'm using the developer token
generated in admin account and the PrnEmail and Client Id from test account.

The data passed on request is the same of the documentation provided here,

the only difference it's the content of tag , I did the
request usgin both versions distributed in .NET library (v201802 and
v201806) and I received the same error.

Here is the request captured with Fiddler
