Report not working properly

If I run the getCmapaigns.php file it's run perfect and get My campaigns
But when I have run the report fetch the different campaign.

How can I solve this issue?

Customer ID are same in both.(add campaign and report).

Here's the response from the AdWords Scripts team:
With regards to your question about the '*ExpandedTextAdDescription2*' and
the '*ExpandedTextAdHeadlinePart3*', the current API version that the
Google Ads Scripts report is using is *v201806* so I am afraid that the
said fields are not yet supported since these fields are only available
starting *v201809*.

Does google provide apis for realtime or incremental ingestion of Adwords 
data. Right now the granularity of data ingestion is on day basis. Is there 
a way to ingest these ad details on incremental or realtime basis.

Placement added as Observations

Hia,

We are trying to add some Placements when creating a campaign via Php Api.

foreach ($adGroupAdwordsIds as $adGroupAdwordsId) {

$placement->setUrl($url);
$criteria[] = $placement;

$placementCriterion = new BiddableAdGroupCriterion();
$placementCriterion->setAdGroupId($adGroupAdwordsId);

$placementCriterionOperation = new AdGroupCriterionOperation();
$placementCriterionOperation->setOperand($placementCriterion);

The placements are added but as "observations" instead  of "segmentation"

Adwords Api add Placement

Where are using php's adwords api in order to create and manage campaigns.

We can add some placements,

But when we check the Adwords account we see that the placements have been 
inserted as "observations" instead of "targets" so the campaign is not well 
segmeneted.

How can we achive this and  add those placements as "targets"?

It seems it was a permissions issue. I was trying to perform actions on a 
shared user list, using the clientCustomerId that wasn't the owner of those 
lists.
