The DUPLICATE_SYSTEM_FEED is usually seen if there is already a feed with the
given system feed generation data. Could you please share the complete request
and response logs, so I can take a closer look? You can share the details

Hi Marwan,

In order for me to further investigate it, could you please let me know how you
implement your code on retrieving the estimates of the proposed keywords and
the steps you generated the FORECASTS on the UI. I see there are some
discrepancies in the keywords you used for estimates between the API and UI.
Please make sure you use the exact same keywords for estimates both in API and
UI.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out. The cause for the issue could be that when you first
add the keyword strings in an array you already put them in the [ ], then you

Google Ads API "AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT" + location ?

2019-10-25 Thread David Ureba
Hi all!

For analytics purposes, we are getting the reports from our Google Ads
campaigns using the API with the report 'CAMPAIGN_LOCATION_TARGET_REPORT'.

It's 'fine' but doesn't contain as much details as we need.

We're trying to get every Google Ads ad with the maximum amount of details
as possible and then we tried changing the report to
'AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT'.

That's great BUT the location is not in the 'AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT' report.
One approach cannot be getting the location from the dataset or campaign
information because every of them have multiple target location.

Anyone could give us an idea of how to get that information for every ad?

Thank you in advance!!

Hi Leonardo,

The account you provided is a production account, not a test account. You need
to create a new test account with the developer token from the account you
provided. Please see instructions here.

In order to replicate the keyword planner in the API, you can use the
TargetingIdeaService. Please see this guide for more information.

Re: Upload HTML5 via Ads API to an App Campaign

2019-10-25 Thread Google Ads API Forum Advisor Prod
Hi Renan,

Thanks for the question! The removal of modified clickability requires that the
entire surface of an ad must be clickable (i.e. leads to the advertiser's
website) in order for the Ad to be compliant. It doesn't seem like there are
any exceptions to this rule, including to add a clickable "play" button as is
the case here. I've reached out to the product owners for this feature to see
if they have any suggestions or if they've encountered this issue previously.
It's possible that the only solution is to rely on the Ad to autoplay instead
of relying on user interaction, but I'll follow up here with more information
as soon as I can.

Re: Is there a way to do a request with a Google Ads test account?

2019-10-25 Thread Leonardo Botta
What we need to do is a service that consults the amount of google searches
of a specific list of keywords, each with a corresponding geographical
location.
Is this possible using the adwords api? Could you give us a link where we
have an example code, since we could not find one. In addition to the
account we have created, we are not able to make the request to the api
since it gives us the error that we do not have access permissions to the
production account when it is not what we want, we only need to access the
data using the basic test account.

This are the settings we currently have

Thanks in advance

Keyword stats [The String type doesn't accept collections as value]

2019-10-25 Thread itsnesky
My function receives as parameter an array (named: keyword) filled with n
keywords. I want to extract the average monthly search volume of each one.

When I make the request like this, everything is ok

selector['searchParameters'] = [{
  'xsi_type': 'RelatedToQuerySearchParameter',
  'queries': ['kw1', 'kw2', 'kw3']
  }]

But when I assign to 'queries' my array, the API returns this error: *The
String type doesn't accept collections as value*

selector['searchParameters'] = [{
  'xsi_type': 'RelatedToQuerySearchParameter',
  'queries': [keywords]
  }]

So I converted my array to string

data = str(keywords).strip('[]')

So data = 'kw1', 'kw2', 'kw3'...

And then:

selector['searchParameters'] = [{
  'xsi_type': 'RelatedToQuerySearchParameter',
  'queries': [data]
  }]

It fixes the problem but the API doesn't send any info because 'data' is
considered as a unique string and not like a collection of strings.

Any help?

Thanks!

Re: Google Shopping Performance Report Conversions at Product Level

2019-10-25 Thread marvel tales
Thank you very much for your answer.

I am asking this question because when we look at the product conversions
at shopping performance report, we see sometimes conversion value higher
than the product price for one conversion. Therefore I suppose the
conversion belongs to another product not the one shown in the report.

Do you have an explanation for this case?
Is there anything we can do to see the real conversions belonging to the
specific product?

Thanks

Marvel

2019-10-25 Thread Google Ads API Forum Advisor Prod
Hi Min Jia,

The AdWords API currently does not support deep links. Our team would also not
be able to provide information as to what those parameters are for.

Moving forward, you will have to manually use the navigations/links in the
Google Ads UI in order to access its various views. I hope this helps.

Thanks and regards,
Peter

How can I jump to the detail account overview-page by passing the account_id to the url?

2019-10-25 Thread min jia
Say there is a situation that I want to jump to
the corresponding overview-page according to an account_id (635-385-3001)
as below

[image: account_id.png]

the current page url is:

*https://ads.google.com/aw/overview?ocid=x=x&__u==&__c=x=0=1*

And if I put the url in diffenrent web browser, I can get the expected
overview-page.

I'm wondering what does all those params above mean, and how can I get
them, then I can generate corresponding page-url by account_id.

Working with Google Ads Script FROM AdWords/Ads v2 API

2019-10-25 Thread Thanh Nguyen

I was looking into bulk action recently, and learn that it is supported by
"Google Ads *Script"*, which I notice is only accessible via the "Google
Ads *UI*" (At least at my current knowledge).
I would like to know if there a way to work with "Google Ads *Script*" via
the "AdWords/Ads v2 *API*". (I won't ask much like full CRUD, only a small
example like: posting a text file to the Script section)
I'm currently working with AdWords API.
**Note: I'm not asking "From Script Do API" but "From API Do Script"*

How can I get active account_bugdet only?

2019-10-25 Thread min jia
The only account_budget active in my google-ads management backend is as
below showed:

[image: gg1024.png]

[image: gg1024.png]

{
"account_id":,
"account_budget_id":xx,
"account_budget_name":"BlueFocus International Limited -
2018年12月27日",
"account_budget_status":"APPROVED",
"approved_start_date_time":20181227,
"approved_end_date_time":null,
"approved_end_time_type":"FOREVER",
"approved_spending_limit_type":"UNSPECIFIED",
"approved_spending_limit_micros":1000,
"adjusted_spending_limit_micros":1200,
"amount_served_micros":12230
}

But when I want to get all account_budgets under my account ,
I got results below, I‘m using GASQL

query = """
   SELECT
 customer.id,
 account_budget.id,
 account_budget.name,
 account_budget.status,
 account_budget.approved_end_date_time,
 account_budget.approved_start_date_time,
 account_budget.approved_spending_limit_micros,
 account_budget.adjusted_spending_limit_micros,
 account_budget.approved_spending_limit_type,
 account_budget.approved_end_time_type,
 account_budget.amount_served_micros,

 account_budget.pending_proposal.creation_date_time,
 account_budget.pending_proposal.proposal_type,
 account_budget.resource_name,
 account_budget.total_adjustments_micros,
 billing_setup.payments_account_info.payments_account_id
FROM
account_budget

WHERE account_budget.approved_end_time_type = 'FOREVER'
AND account_budget.status = 'APPROVED'

ORDER BY
 account_budget.approved_start_date_time DESC

LIMIT
100
"""

[
{
"account_id":xx ,
"account_budget_id":xx ,
"account_budget_name":"BlueFocus International Limited -
2018年12月27日",
"account_budget_status":"APPROVED",
"approved_start_date_time":20181227,
"approved_end_date_time":null,
"approved_end_time_type":"FOREVER",
"approved_spending_limit_type":"UNSPECIFIED",
"approved_spending_limit_micros":1000,
"adjusted_spending_limit_micros":*1200*,
"amount_served_micros":12230
},
{
"account_id":xx  ,
"account_budget_id":m  ,
"account_budget_name":"",
"account_budget_status":"APPROVED",
"approved_start_date_time":20170814,
"approved_end_date_time":null,
"approved_end_time_type":"FOREVER",
"approved_spending_limit_type":"INFINITE",
"approved_spending_limit_micros":0,
"adjusted_spending_limit_micros":-1,
"amount_served_micros":123456
}
]

How can I get the active account_budget only? Any commentary is very
welcome.   great thanks.
