This is a deadline exceeded error. This could be due to low timeout. However, 
could you confirm if you’ve set a low timeout?

As per this guide, you may set the timeout to 2 hours or more. You may refer to 
this code example in order to ​​use of custom client timeouts. Then you may 
retry your request, and let us know if you still get said error.

Please note that this forum channel can only provide assistance to 
issues/concerns related to the Google Ads API. Since you are trying to set up a 
youtube refresh token for a youtube channel of which you only have a manager 
account with admin rights, then this does not appears to be Google Ads Ads API 
related. However, in Google Ads API, refresh token is generated by following 
this guide. As for the Youtube API, you may reach out to the Youtube Data API 
via this link.

Is google ads api supporting creating Manager Account programmatically?

In Agency scenario, I'm wondering if we need create Manager Account one for 
each big customer, so that we can create multiple AdAccounts under the 
manager account? I searched google ads api, but didn't find any API about 
how to create manager account instead of AdAccount.

Request youtube refresh token from manager account

[InnoGames Dev Marketing]

Hello,

We are currently trying to setup a youtube refresh token for a youtube 
channel of which we only have a manager account with admin rights.
Sadly this does not seem to work currently. Are we correct in the 
assumption that currently only the owner of a youtube channel is able to 
request a refresh token?
Or is this something we can also somehow request as only a channel manager? 
In case that is possible what do we need to do to make it work from a 
manger account?

Thank you for the clarifications.

Upon checking the provided screenshots, it appears that you want to get the 
cost at the account level. With this, you may use instead the customer report 
and include the metrics.cost_micros field. For your convenience, you may use 
the query below as the date range you mentioned are considered:

SELECT metrics.cost_micros, customer.descriptive_name, customer.id FROM 
customer WHERE segments.date DURING LAST_MONTH

Also, since you want to get the cost of the multiple accounts the Parallel 
Report Download can still be used in your use case.

There are no other predefined date ranges aside from the list you referenced in 
your first email. To use a 'last 90 days' date range, you will have to 
implement a dynamic custom date range.

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

I would like to understand how to make the phone valid for a click conversion? 
You may need to use user_identifiers which contain between one and five 
identifiers. While using user_identifiers phone numbers must be hashed using 
the SHA-256 algorithm before being uploaded. In order to standardize the hash 
results, prior to hashing one of these values you must:

Remove leading/trailing whitespaces.
Convert the text to lowercase.
Format phone numbers according to the E164 standard.

And I would like to know if it is possible not to send the gclid only the 
phone? Instead of setting gclid, populate the user_identifiers with the 
standardized and hashed email address or phone number of the user. You may note 
that before using enhanced conversions in Google Ads API, you would need to 
have a ConversionAction with a type of WEBPAGE and enhanced conversions 
enabled, and this section of setup to be completed.

Node js library is not supported in the Google Ad API. Please see here client 
library.

For the first concern, so that we can check the reason for the 
ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED error and to see if it is indeed related to the refresh 
token, would you be able to provide the complete request and response logs with 
request ID and request header generated on your end where we can see the issue? 
This information can be extracted after enabling the API transactions by 
following this guide.

As for the second concern, would you be able to provide the screenshot 
translated in English so that we can properly check if we can get the 
information using Google Ads API? Please include the customer ID in the 
screenshot.

You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not 
available, then send it instead on this email address 
googleadsapi-supp...@google.com.

Invoice Api Problem And How to get the billing transaction

Hi team, I have two questions.

1、We use Mcc refresh token to request the invoice api, reponse the error 
ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED 
.
 
The refresh token is correct, and we have set the login-customer-id. We 
have tried to get multiple customer accounts campaign and billing setup 
information.

2、How to get the billing trasaction page infomation by the api? As shown in 
the attachment, we want to get the fee information in the red box under the

Missing Campaign

Hi team,

We are using the following query to fetch the data for the specific 
campaign which we are able to see on the Gads dashboard but are getting an 
empty response :

SELECT campaign.id, campaign.name, metrics.impressions, metrics.cost_micros 
FROM campaign WHERE campaign.id = 18477016942

Can you please help us understand why the metrics for this campaign are not 
available?
